Wow, I don’t know about where you are, but here in Baker City we have had smoke every day for nearly three weeks. Which makes sense since most of Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington and Western Idaho are on fire. I have friends who have had to evacuate, heard about cattle not getting out before the fires ripped through grazing land, and seen so much devastation on posts and friends social media feeds. It is heart wrenching.
The dry condition across so many states is fueling the fires set by lighting and some humans. It’s sad when you think a human could stoop so low as to start fires when the weather is making everything a tinder box.
